چکیده
تم تطوير طريقة التحليل الكهربائي الانتقائية والحساس لتحديد الرصاص عن طريق قياس الجهد بالموجة المربعة (SWV)في وجود حمض البيريدين -3 الكربوكسيل (حمض النيكوتين ، NA). يتراكم معقد Pb-NA على سطح قطب زئبقي محكوم النمو (GCME)ويقاس تيار الذروة بواسطة الفولتميتر (SWV) يتم تقليل المعقد وزيادة التيار بمقدار 1.5 مرة عند إضافة النيكوتينيك إلى محلول العينة.تم تقييم الظروف الكيميائية والفيزيائية التي كتنت افضل التحسين الحالي الأمثل بعتمد دراسة تأثير تغير الأس الهيدروجيني ومعدل المسح والسعة وكذلك دراسات التداخل.بناءً االحيود الكروميترىبالنسبة تقنية الزمن تقدير انتشار (II) 8.01 × 10-5 سم 2 / ثانية و 0.46 درجة مئوية
